New style K&N high flow filter , better?

Well I just noticed that K&N now have two new style high flow air filter designs that to me look as if they will flow even better than my BMC race filter I have on my FZ10 now. What do you guys think? One is for street and one is for raceing but the same design. Every FZ1 I had owned all benifitted from a air box mod even a small one.

It's not too expensive so you could always give the street one a go and save the BMC race filter for track days. Someone left a review already and they seem to like it.

Got it in the mail yesterday. Looks to me like it will breath way better than the bmc filter I'm useing now. I ended up getting the new K&N style street version instead of the race one. Now I have to send off my ECU to 2wheeldynoworks to get it reset for the active tune install. Might as well install it and never need a dyno tune again.
Sprint filter has a much better design with more bang for your buck. No oil needed, and better filtering and Flow. no need to go with K&N when you can go that route.
