I agree and think it would look even better with some red outlining somewhere else on the bike, just not sure where, but a good place to start will be with race teams and how other production bikes are offered from the factory.

That set of pictures you took is a good example of the sort of background that helps a dark color like this to really shine and stand out. In the city it won't stand out too much and might come off as not looking nearly as good as other available colors or potential colors.

Yup. Removed all the red bits other than the rear shock spring. That will come next season hopefully. >
