Mine was 11,980 financed with a trade in value of $4500 and I even bought a Grom at the same time and my dealer wouldn't do anything for me. I asked if they'd throw in the Akrapovic and the wouldn't. Still have not found a dealership I really love here in Vegas.

Overall around 16k OTD

Well I have one on order and will be getting it some time soon I hope,LOL. Was not easy to get one under MSRP. A dealer in illinois is getting a Gray with lime rims .

$11,483.00-bike
$388 set up
$250.00 frt,
$49.00doc fees
$12,170.00 total from the dealer

+ what ever my tax is when I get it registered in GA, probably 7%?

This bike will be 30th I have owned since 1973 and the ONLY bike I ever bought that I paid MSRP on was back in 1984. I bought a new kawasaki GPZ750 Turbo. only one to a dealer at that time. Had no choise,LOL. I still think I got a decent deal ,minus the set up and freight bull **** on this FZ10 considering they are VERY hot bikes to get rite now.:surprise:

One of the caveats here is that I've noticed in California the pricing seems higher as well. I've been dealing with a couple of people in the area and there doesn't seem to be much wiggle room but I guess time will tell if I get the deal I asked for which wasn't outrageous.

New Member! Previous FZ1 owner. I found a dealership in Ohio selling them way cheaper than anywhere else in Michigan. 12,408 out the door. It will be in my possession in the next few days!! :) They already have my $ just waiting for it to arrive!

Sale Price - 12,599

With sales tax, reg, inspection:

OTD: 13,788.67

Bunch of you guys got great deals. I have a friend who is close friends with an owner of a large motorcycle dealer and he confirmed the price I got was as best as he could do (I got it from a different place lol).

I paid 14,000.00 even out the door and they even got me on my trade in but I was ok with everything, since I don't mind dealers making something to stay open since we have so few in our area as it is.

Glad to hear someone knows the lights have to stay on! The only time I avoid dealers is when they have crazy mark up's but that often happens with really micro-niche special bikes.

On a really high end of the motorcycle world I think Ninja H2's had some serious mark up.

That's so true, even though I did almost drop the money on a 2016 H2 at our local Kawasaki dealer since they had it marked down to what to me was an amazing price $22,000 at the time but I wanted to live a bit longer so I decided on the FZ. :)
