Found this on Instagram and thought it was worth of sharing. We all love out bikes and maybe even try to match our gear with the color theme, but someone parked theirs beside a matching Slingshot. Can't say it doesn't tempt me to go out and paint the car.

As cool as those slingshots are I heard they have poor build quality. How was the Slingshot you saw?

Those slingshots are pretty cool looking I'll admit, and they certainly stand out as you don't see many on the road. No idea what they would be like to drive, but I'd certainly give one a go. But from what I've read they aren't quite worth the money, specifically the base model and the ergonomics don't seem to be great.

If you want and need attention get a sling shot. Otherwise get some thing more practical like a covertable Miata. Even magazine tests say the same thing. High speed handeling is funky. Go on YouTube and check out the videos and see how easy they flip over with stability control shut off. My neibour talked smack about his sligshot on the mountains up here. So he put a camera on my Genesis Coupe 3.8 and his Sling shot. Let's just say he has respect for a true sports car. So now he has a newer one with more power and he said when he returns from fla we gonna have another go at it,lol. Thing is I traded it in and now got a Veloster turbo R Spec that is 600-700lbs lighter and not going to be stock by the time he gets up here,lol.Slingshots are like choppers, attention getters.
