...The mount for my bike is quite funny actually. I didn't want to put any of their adhesive mounts on the bike. So I came up with this. I took a 95lb rated pull weight round magnet and mounted the GoPro mounts to it....
****, I wish I had thought of that. LOL I just mounted my GoPro 5 to the top of the tank with the adhesive gizmo.

Took some video today; holy crap is it clear. I had the GPHero4 Silver; the video coming out of the 5 is so much better.

Hoping to get out tomorrow and actually ride some roads to get some decent footage. Today was just test footage around town.

Hey Bogie:

You might want to put one more extension in the stalk to get the camera up and over the phone more. The wind noise is going to be greater, but maybe a piece of tape or mic mounted somewhere else on the bike would compensate for that. You'll get more view and less phone.

... I decided on a Yi4K camera, less money then most mainly because I am cheap and it get's decent reviews...
Check around on the GoPro site; for a while there they were running a deal where you could get $100 off the GoPro Hero 5 by trading in your GoPro 4 (or older I think), in ANY condition.

I had a buddy of mine that took his GP4 into the ocean with the skeleton case on. Ruined instantly. Traded his in to GoPro, got the $100 discount, and then sold him my GP4 for $100. He's happy, I'm happy, everyone's happy!!

Here's the link: https://shop.gopro.com/tradeup

You might check Craigslist and see if anyone has a broken GoPro that they're selling for parts or something.
