Graves is selling a carbon fiber engine cover set for those that don't know and it looks pretty sweet. It's selling for about $310.00

Graves Motorsports Carbon Fiber Engine Guard Case Cover set for the Yamaha FZ-10. These engine covers feature 6 layers of carbon fiber and 12 layers DuPont™ Kevlar® weaved together that overlay onto the stock magnesium case covers adding protection and style to your Yamaha FZ-10

Tired of seeing only regular carbon fiber parts come to market when for a very long time carbon kevlar has always been on option. Adding to that, bikes are just about one of the best ways to make use of kevlar, on cars not so much since it can either make or break how the car looks.

There's typically places where one is better used than another. Clutches, apparently kevlar clutches have better grab. For fairings and what not, carbon fiber would be more ideal because it's far stiffer. That's why it's so commonly used. It has a higher ultimate strength.
