All of these worldwide cyber attacks

Curious what others think about this phenomena. One of the biggest threats I can imagine is if eventually a hacker figures out how to overload and shut down power grids.

That to me is much more of a concern then any other.

Kind of scary in my opinion. The connectivity of the internet has allowed great conveniences to personal and business livelyhood, but it also opens the door to the unwanted cowards. We are so dependent on electricity these days, that a major power outage for an extended time would be chaos. Imagine trying to go to Walmart with CASH, and the cashier can't figure out the tax, and change associated to the transaction... Siri, how do I MATH?

Wait, as one great Calc professor once told me, "That's not Math, that's arithmetic".

I recently spoke to my Wife who is a 24 year High School History teacher and she mentioned that she had seen more then one or two students that had absolutely no idea how to tell time analog wise.

She said they have gotten better at reading cursive writing since that earlier was a problem that has been addressed, now they need to teach kids how to tell time with a regular clock.

I used to work a cash register back in the day and the first thing you were taught was how to count the change backwards. Tax was done by a plastic chart that you added to the sale.
