Hey guys, I purchased a 18 mt 10 a few months ago. Last year i had a 17 fz10 that i sold after about 8 months due to losing faith in that bike in particular. It blew second gear and had to have the trans rebuilt under warranty. I got it back and sold it figuring it may have been a lemon. I then purchased a 16 ktm superduke 1290 which i had for 1 month. It was a beast of a bike but it felt way to heavy for my liking. I traded that to get back on a yamaha.

Well that's a pretty cool story with a happy ending. Im Sure frustrating but sounds like you've had a good opportunity to learn a bit. Likes /dislikes that sort of thing. Glad you kept riding nonetheless. I also find your story interesting because I find myself flirting with other bikes but honestly realizing I have a true winner. I'm happy and satisfied with my FZ10. Yet entertain the thought of trading ... I really dont think there's a better bike for my specific needs.

It always seems like the grass is greener on the other side. The superduke is definitely a beast but its just not right for me.
